Our signature strength class. Not just about getting sweaty. These classes are well programmed to optimize your time in the gym and get strong fast. Classes are intentionally small (8 person max.) so the instructor has time to focus on proper form of each participant. Classes are available to Class Members Only.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6 and 7 am (50 minutes)
A welcomed mid week break focusing on recovery, mobility and core. Be sure to bring a yoga mat and water. (12 person max.) These classes are included in the Class Membership and non-members are welcome to drop in.
Wednesday 6:45 am (45 minutes)
